Refund Policy

Booking Changes & Amendment Charges

When you make a booking through Tipisty.com, any changes or cancellations may incur charges levied by airlines, hotels, cruise operators, or other travel service providers. These fees vary based on the supplier, type of service booked, fare rules, and booking conditions.

Most amendments must be requested at least 72 hours prior to departure, although certain providers may require earlier notice. To avoid additional costs or penalties, we strongly advise contacting our customer support team to review the specific rules applicable to your booking before requesting any changes.

Ticket Refund Policy

Most bookings made via Tipisty.com are non-refundable, in line with the policies of our travel partners. If your ticket or travel package allows cancellations, refunds are subject to the fare rules set by the respective provider.

In some cases, instead of a monetary refund, you may receive a travel credit with the same airline or service provider, valid only for the original traveler name and subject to expiration dates and usage conditions.

All cancellation requests must be submitted before the scheduled departure time. Cancellations made after departure or “no-show” cases are generally not eligible for refunds. If you rebook using a travel credit, any fare difference must be paid by you.

Refund Request Process

To qualify for a refund, your booking must permit cancellations under the applicable fare rules, and you must submit a refund request through Tipisty.com. Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to supplier approval.

Once your request is submitted, you will receive an email acknowledgment with a tracking reference. This confirms receipt of your request only and does not imply refund approval.

If approved, refunds are processed according to supplier timelines and may take 60–90 days to reflect on your original payment method. Any applicable airline or supplier penalties will be deducted from the refunded amount.

  • Additional per-passenger, per-ticket processing fees may apply for approved refunds
  • If a supplier denies the refund, any applicable post-ticketing service fees will be returned within 21 business days
