Service Fee Policy
General Fee Information

- Fees may vary based on passenger type, including adult, child, infant, senior, student, or military.
- Service fees are generally non-refundable and subject to change without prior notice.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation may be eligible for a refund of transaction fees, subject to supplier rules.

- Up to $150 per passenger for first-class or business-class flight bookings
- Up to $75 per passenger for open-jaw or multi-city itineraries
- Up to $30 per passenger for bookings originating from or involving high-risk fraud locations
- Up to $41.25 per passenger for bookings involving alternate travel dates or nearby airports
- Up to $150 per passenger for online cruise bookings
- Up to $75 per passenger for unaccompanied minor travel bookings
Contact Centre Booking Fees
Bookings made via the Tipisty.com contact centre may incur higher service fees due to the additional assistance required. These fees typically range from $11.25 to $187.50 per passenger, or up to $93.75 per passenger for senior travellers, depending on itinerary complexity.
